MIT DIVISION OF STUDENT LIFE & MITCSC PRESENT:
Experiential Trip Dinner @ Santa Monica
Our club is delighted to be hosting ten outstanding undergraduate and graduate students chosen for their interest and ability in leadership as they tour the Los Angeles area the weekend of November 8-10. On Saturday night, November 9, the students and their sponsors will be dining in a private dining room at Elephante in Santa Monica. Local alumnae and alumni are invited to join in and hear all about the Student Experiential Trip program and meet some outstanding students. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with budding leaders and learn about student life today at the Institute. Guests are welcome!
In order to help MIT's Division of Student Life + Experiential Trips Program (who are hosting this student visit) subsidize the cost of the event, we are asking local alums who attend to help pay for the dinner. There is plenty of room, but do purchase your ticket early before the event fills up.

Your entry and presence at an MIT Club of Southern California event (in-person or virtually on-line) constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with MITCSC and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. In addition, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent.
