EDUCATIONAL COUNSELORS

Join Us for Virtual Training Sessions

Please join us on September 10 at 8:00 p.m. ET for an update on MIT Admission’s Rural Outreach programs and on September 16 at 8:00 p.m. ET to learn what’s new with the EC Portal and at MIT. For more details and to access recorded sessions, visit the EC Portal.

Update Your Interview Status

If you are available to interview this cycle, please visit the EC Portal to acknowledge the Best Practices Agreement and update your status to Active on the My Info tab (because the default status is blank). You can also adjust your limits for early and regular admission and opt in to be an overflow EC.

Please Help Us Recruit More ECs

Educational counselors (ECs) are key ambassadors for MIT—and we need more! Submit this brief form to volunteer—or share the link with peers. We particularly need ECs in Hartford, CT; Fort Myers, FL; Charlotte, NC; Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; and in the Western Chicago and Upstate New York regions
