Happy MIT Club of New Mexico Day!

New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson has declared March 20, 2009, as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Club of New Mexico Day. Some 550 MIT alumni reside and work throughout the state, and the MIT Club of New Mexico provides opportunities for them to connect with each other, the Institute, and their communities. To celebrate, the club is sponsoring a visit to the governor's mansion and cocktail party this evening. The event will generate scholarship funds for students from NM attending MIT.
