One of my favorite things about photography -especially in everyday settings and no preconceived idea of what to shoot- is that it forces you to be hyper-cognizant of your surroundings. Suddenly every person, place, and thing I passed had *great* potential. At one point, I got really excited because I saw an ant on a tree. Haha. I really encourage you to take a look at the website; MIT has some extremely talented and creative photographers in its midst and I promise it will bring you back to your days at the Institute. I started experimenting with photography in a 21w.749 [Photojournalism] during my sophomore year; it was one of my all-time favorite classes, mostly because I got to see my classmates' phenomenal work. I am still *quite* the amateur, but below are some photos I took. Can you identify where they were taken? I tried to be a little cryptic! To see more check out: http://aditl.mit.edu/dyn/front
