The following tour operators are managing MIT Alumni Travel Program trips for 2025. They are eager to work with you and facilitate an enjoyable travel experience. These professional tour operators have successfully served the MIT alumni community for many years.

If you have any questions about a specific trip, please call the trip’s tour operator directly. Be sure to let them know you’re with MIT Alumni Travel. They will be happy to answer your questions and confirm your reservation.
Note that all tour operators will require each tour participant to review and sign a detailed responsibility and terms and conditions statement prior to departure. Tour operators will provide these forms to participants upon registration. The forms will also be available in advance, by request to the tour operator.
Tour participants must fully review the tour operator’s cancellation and refund policies as the tour participant’s financial commitments are directly with the tour operator, with all tour funds being paid to the operator. Tour participants must work solely with the tour operators to make any and all travel arrangements. Trip insurance is highly recommended.
