Video: How to ‘Make’ Your Thanksgiving Turkey

There are thousands of ways to make a Thanksgiving turkey. Your bird can be braised, deep fried, grilled, stewed, smoked, immersed in a water bath, stuffed with other poultry, dehydrated, or baked. But at MIT, we do things a little differently. Follow this short video to make your turkey part of a very MIT Thanksgiving.

Ingredients: 1 sheet of 5 x 7 paper – color on one side 2 hands (preferably clean) Download detailed instructions
