Thank You, MIT Alumni Volunteers

This week, April 16–23, 2023, the United States is celebrating National Volunteer Week. At MIT, dedicated volunteers work all year long to better their communities and help to build a better world.
 
In the past year alone, 17,554 MIT volunteers conducted more than 3,000 student interviews; helped welcome more than 10,000 alums back to campus for Tech Reunions; helped plan more than 550 regional, class, and affinity group events; and logged more than 6,400 volunteer hours through the MIT Alumni Better World Service Initiative.
