I sent the photo of the oysters to my brother, a big oyster fan. He lives along Plum Island Sound in Ipswich, MA. When he saw the photo it awoke his desire for some oysters which exist in special places in Plum Island Sound. He thought of going to rake up a few but the 14 degree F temp kept him home.

I look forward to seeing Franken's photos.
