An A+ Mr. President for firing up the importance of innovation for the whole country. However green jobs may stimulate immediately, but they produce energy that in the global competitive market will make USA products more costly. Thus the importance of global recognition for clean energy on a level playing field. The unintended products of green jobs and associated research may be more important in the long run. You made only very brief mention of more efficient use of energy. There is enormous untapped potential in neglected new transportation systems that use automation and electrified guideways for personal travel. Current empahasis on reinstating more of the same 100 year-old mass transit concepts, high speed rail, etc.,are counterproductive
