Tech Reunions Registration & Check In
Below, you’ll find everything you need to know to ensure a smooth registration process and an amazing reunion weekend.
Registration Information and Prices
Register online to secure your spot and take advantage of early discount pricing before April 16. The final registration deadline is May 8.
Tech Reunions offers both free and paid events. A per-person registration fee applies at checkout to cover setup costs. Please see the chart below for details:

Adjustments and Refunds
Plans change—we get it! If you need to adjust your registration or request a refund, please contact our support team by May 8, 2025. Refund policies and deadlines will apply.
Check-In When You Arrive
When you arrive at Tech Reunions, your first stop should be Check-In to pick up your Reunions name badge. This badge, which includes a personalized QR code, serves as your ticket to all reunion events on campus—no separate tickets are needed! It also grants reunion guests access to campus and exclusive benefits throughout the weekend.
Please note: The MIT Alumni Association is unable to provide luggage storage services at check-in and registration locations.

- Thursday, May 29: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Friday, May 30: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, May 31: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
On-Site Registration
Didn’t register in advance? On-site registration will be available at the Stratton Student Center, though space may be limited for certain events. We recommend registering early to guarantee your spot. Please note, we will be unable to offer dorm accommodations for on-site registrants.
Live nearby and want to attend Tech Day in person?
On-site registration will be available throughout Tech Reunions. If you're attending only Tech Day, your registration fee will be waived. Guests should head to the Stratton Student Center (Bldg. W20) to register in person on Saturday, May 31 starting at 8:00 a.m.
Tech Reunions Name Badge
- Your Tech Reunions name badge with a personalized QR code is your ticket to reunion events throughout the weekend!

Log In with Your Infinite Connection Account
An Infinite Connection (IC) account is needed to register for Tech Reunions and to access the apps for Tech Reunions weekend.
- MIT alumni, students, affiliates, parents of MIT students, and surviving spouses of MIT alumni or faculty can create an account. Request your 10-digit user ID to get started.
- If you have an existing account, you can reset your password or request your username to get started.
If you use Duo 2-Factor Authentication and experience issues when logging in, please contact help@alum.mit.edu for assistance. Please note that password resets can take up to 10 minutes to process.
