Here you will find information about onboarding, your specific role requirements, software you'll need to learn to use, skills you'll need to get the most out of your work and much more. When resources and recordings are published to the Knowledge Base, you can find them on one of the pages below. New roles and content will be added when available.
The Training Academy Re-imagined
The Academy was originally a virtual portion of Alumni Leadership Conference occurring throughout the summer leading up to ALC weekend. The Academy was re-imagined to become this collection of recorded content and live virtual trainings occurring as needed throughout the year. Prior to the Academy, required role-based training used to be a large part of the in-person Alumni Leadership Conference, The birth of virtual content has allowed us to make your core training content available to you anywhere at anytime, freeing up time at ALC to reconnect, celebrate and hear timely Institute updates with fellow volunteers.
