The Online Alumni Directory (OAD) Offers exhaustive search filters to find and connect with fellow alumni through multiple lenses like location, employment, volunteer groups, the activities and clubs alumni were involved in as students and more.

The Knowledge Base is the Association’s central location for volunteer training resources.  It is a collection of tutorials, templates, policies, videos and serves as a dashboard and portal to covalent training resources like the Encompass Volunteer Center.  The KB is searchable by keyword, contains articles grouped by collection and hosts a multitude of training videos and recorded content.

The Outreach Management Tool is a streamlined way for alumni volunteers to manage their fundraising and event outreach to fellow classmates and peers. With this tool you can select prospects to contact, Retrieve prospect information including contact information and MIT involvement, Record the results of your outreach and track your progress.

The Leadership Nominations portal is where you can submit nominations for each of the Association boards and committees, leadership awards, volunteer honor roll, MIT Corporation and its visiting committees. You can save draft nominations to finish later and view and duplicate previous ones in your nomination history.

The MIT Alumni Advisors Hub is an online platform that facilitates meaningful, one-to-one career consultations with advice seekers and advice givers for career conversations (informational interviews), resume critiques, and mock interviews. Advisors can select the types of consultations they provide around their own availability and all consultations are held over the phone or via video chat

The Hivebrite platform a simple, intuitive interface, where you’ll be able to quickly set up event registrations, craft promotional emails, and find easy ways to connect with fellow alumni across communities.
