Regional Engagement Programs Training

This session focuses on specific elements to operate more effectively as an organization. Attendees will learn about reviewing bylaws (note: as of 2022 charters have taken the place of bylaws), outlining possible conflicts of interest, the importance of updating and recording policies and procedures, and leveraging MIT resources to enhance overall success.
