Join MIT SPXCE staff (LBGTQ+ Services, Women & Gender Services, and the Office of Multicultural Programs) to learn more about your intersecting identities and the impact those identities have on your interactions with others. We’ll also take a closer look at individual and community responsibility when working with diverse and multigenerational populations. These foundational conversations are an integral part of learning more about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
