Jason has over a dozen years of investment experience including Equity and Derivatives Research, Trading & Portfolio Management and M&A.
Entered the buy side in 1995 with Seneca Capital Management focusing on Equity Research, Trading and Portfolio Management while the Equity group grew assets under management from under $1B to over $10B. He gained additional insight into public companies after leading the M&A effort for one between 2002-2004 where he closed and led the integration of seven acquisitions. He returned to the industry in 2004 & 2005 as Managing Director, Research and Trading with Joe Feshbach Partners, a fund specializing in Crisis Investing and since focused on valuation work in public and private equities, most recently as Managing Director at Alhambra Capital Advisors.
Jason holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management with an emphasis on Financial and Strategic Management (2002), a BA in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley (1995) and is a CFA Charterholder (since 1999).
