The full database is available as Barrington-Leigh-Escande-SIR2017-database.ods. The format is Open Document Spreadsheet, and the database is protected under the Creative Commons "Attribution-ShareAlike" (CC BY-SA) license: that is, it's open to any use, subject only to attribution and that modified versions carry the same license. Please cite our original SIR paper (above), as this data release forms part of that publication.
