Spark Your Event Brainstorming

Ideas for small-to medium-sized clubs

  • Newly admitted students reception
  • Company/plant/facilities tours
  • Toast to IAP
  • Faculty broadcasts
  • Wine tastings
  • Student summer send-offs (returning students and incoming freshman and parents)
  • Lecture series
  • Musical performances and concerts
  • Dine-arounds
  • Hikes and bike trips
  • Holiday parties
  • Happy hours or cocktails
  • Events with other schools—especially Ivy Plus institutions
