Recognizing Extraordinary Individual Performance

MIT Volunteer Honor Roll of Service logo

The Volunteer Honor Roll of Service includes alumni, parents, widows, spouses, faculty, or current students who have made significant volunteer contributions. Volunteers can qualify for the honor roll in categories ranging from fundraising to club service to individual special projects. A committee appointed by the executive vice president of the Alumni Association reviews nominations two times per year, in December and June. Nominees who are selected for the Volunteer Honor Roll are listed on the Alumni Association Web site. A maximum of 50 individuals per year may be selected for the Volunteer Honor Roll.
