Travel subsidy for MIT10 alumni
A travel subsidy to cover 50% of your transportation expenses up to $200 (U.S.) is available for alumni who attended this year's Alumni Leadership Conference, graduated between 2000 and 2009, and who would otherwise be unable to attend ALC due to prohibitive travel costs. We are considering the first 30 applications (We will post a notice here when we've reached this number.)
Complete information must be provided when submitting subsidy form (i.e. receipts, airfare details, etc.) All subsidy applications must be received by the due date of October 9, 2009 (also postmarked date) and will be processed after the conference. All travel subsidy applicants must have been registered for, and must have attended the conference. Please review specific instructions and more info listed in this subsidy form (PDF).
Cancellations, refunds
Refunds for conference fee and other special event fees can only be granted if cancellation was made by September 18, 2009.
