General inquiries
Parents can submit general questions to the Parents Association by email at mykidis@mit.edu or via phone at 617-253-8183. A staff member will respond or, if unable to provide an answer, forward the inquiry to the appropriate department.
Parent to parent
Sometimes parents have questions that can only be answered by an experienced MIT parent. For those instances, questions can be directed to one of the regional parent volunteers known as Parent Connectors.
