The MIT Alumni Leadership Conference will be held on the MIT Campus in Cambridge, MA. Directions to MIT from the airport, via public transportation, and by car can be found here. Also, MIT’s online campus map provides the community and visitors with an easy-to-use way to locate an MIT building, room, or location; to find a department or office; and to print a map for reference.
There is a $50 conference registration fee for ALC which includes all conference materials, meals and events. The actual cost of the conference is $250 per person, and is supported by the budget of the MIT Alumni Association.

Travel Subsidy for MIT10 Alumni
A travel subsidy to cover 50% of your transportation expenses up to $200 (U.S.) is available for alumni who graduated between 2002 and 2011, and who would otherwise be unable to attend ALC due to prohibitive travel costs. We are considering the first 30 subsidy applications (We will post a note here when we’ve reached this number.) Complete information must be provided when submitting subsidy form (i.e. receipts, airfare details, etc.) All subsidy applications must be received by the due date of Friday, October 19, 2012 (also postmarked date). Subsidy applications will be processed after the conference. Accommodation costs, conference fees or gasoline expenses cannot not be considered for the subsidy. These travel expenses must be specifically for the purpose of attending the conference. We reserve the right to decline reimbursement for expenses that do not meet these criteria.All travel subsidy applicants must have been registered for and must have attended the conference.
