Twenty years ago, MIT professor Stuart Madnick '66, SM '69, EE '71, PhD '72 did something so completely out of character that he surprised even himself. He bought a 14th-century English castle. Recently, he acquired the title of baron from the British government to become the new Baron of Langley.
