Technology Resources

Club, class, Affinity groups, student groups and FSILGs can take advantage of a number of Alumni Association developed technology resources that make organizing events and communicating with your constituency fast and easy. SmarTrans™ is an online event registration and dues payment software that gives volunteers the capability to create registration web pages without knowledge of html. Alumni Site Builder™ (ASB), a companion product to SmarTrans™, is an easy-to-use templating web site tool that allows alumni groups to create and maintain a website - post news items, promote events, and display volunteers and officers. Club Leaders Toolkit

An online toolkit for Educational Counselors, Vice Chairs and Regional Chairs, this Web site provides EC's with the information they need to understand their responsibilities, manage their time, plan activities, and stay up-to-date on the latest trends at the Institute.

FSILG Volunteer Toolkit

Alumni involved with the their Fraternities , Sororities, or Independent Living Group (FSILG) will find a collection of contacts, data, and resources that the Alumni Association has assembled for them. The toolkit is primarily aimed at volunteers who participate in an Alumni House Corporation or plan FSILG events, but other FSILG volunteers may find something of value for them as well.
