Paul single handedly organized an event and solicited gifts from a group of 20+ graduate alumni to honor Biology Professor Emeritus Gene Brown. A total of $56K was raised, surpassing Paul's initial goal of $50K, to establish the Merck-Brown Teaching Assistant Annual Award Fund. At the event held in May 2006 to honor Professor Brown the first award was presented to a graduate student who exemplified his ideals. |

As vice president of membership for the MIT Club of Chicago, Connie reduced the cost of the club's annual membership mailing by more than 50%. She also worked continuously to recruit new volunteers for the club. |

Panagos MOT '03 | In an effort to involve MIT students and faculty in the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge, Tim was the driving force behind a number of initiatives which increased the visibility of the Forum on campus, fostered joint programs, and began to build a community of new services and members within this Forum. |
