Welcome to the Institute Career Assistance Network (ICAN), the best place to network with MIT alumni. The purpose of ICAN is to provide alumni to alumni, and alumni to student support for networking and career advising.

More than 2,900 MIT alumni representing diverse career fields are here to share their career experiences with you and to offer advice about career development.
