The MIT Alumni Association (MITAA) offers many programs and services specifically for students, from career development to alumni relations assistance.

Infinite Connection Accounts for Current MIT Students

Infinite Connection logo

Both undergraduate and graduate students can register NOW for free Infinite Connection accounts - access to online services such as the Online Alumni Directory (OAD) and Institute Career Assistance Network (ICAN).

Career Exploration

The Alumni Association can help you contact alumni for career guidance while you're still in school. The Online Alumni Directory (OAD) and Institute Career Assistance Network (ICAN) provide direct access to alumni who are available for mentoring and networking, and the Externship Program lets you work with an alumnus during IAP.

Participate with Alumni

Many regional MIT Alumni Clubs, Alumni Affinity Groups and Academic Departments host events that are open to students. In fact, the MIT Club of Boston is offering free membership to students to encourage your involvement in local alumni activities. Special programs like the Externship Program and the Alan '73 and Terri Spoon Community Catalyst Leadership Program give you access to alumni in unique ways.

Student Group Resources

Want to stay in touch with your group's alumni? We can help you send a newsletter, organize fundraising, find an alumnus speaker for an event, etc.

Jobs and Volunteering

Work for the Alumni Association and earn money. Volunteer with the Alumni Association and contribute to the MIT community while networking with alumni.
