  • London, England - Thursday, March 10, 2005, the MIT Alumni Association and the MIT Club of Great Britain brought the seminar series "Infinite Possibilities: Careers After MIT," to London, England.
  • San Diego, CA - Thursday, February 10, 2005, the seminar series "Infinite Possibilities: Careers After MIT," took place at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla and featured Robert P. Gilmore '76, Vice President of Engineering, VIA Telecom; Horacio A. Valeiras CH '83, Chief Investment Officer, Nicholas Applegate Capital Management; and David J. Weitz '87, General Counsel & V.P. of I.P., Syrrx, Inc. This event was sponsored by the MIT Alumni Association and the MIT Club of San Diego.
  • Los Angeles, CA - Sunday, February 13, 2005, alumni gathered at the Casa Del Mar Hotel to hear panelists John Botti '90, President & Co-Founder, Black Ops Entertainment LLC; Wesley Bush '83, Corporate President & VP Space Technology, Northrop Grumman Corporation; and Alejandro Padilla '94, President, Los Angeles City Council, share their career experiences. This event was sponsored by the MIT Alumni Association and the MIT Club of Southern California.
  • Seattle, WA - On Thursday, November 4th, the MIT Alumni Association and the MIT Club of Puget Sound presented "Infinite Possibilities: Careers After MIT."  The panel consisted of Douglas Bors '80, President, Sophometrics Inc., Cynthia Lavoie GM '88, Lecturer, University of Washington Business School, and Toussaint Myricks '85, Patent Counsel, Vulcan Inc.
  • Boston, MA - On March 4, 2004, more than 90 Boston area young alumni attended a special event featuring three members of the TR100, Technology Review's list of 100 innovators under 35 whose work and ideas will change the world. Panelists included: Daniel Bond, Sr. Research Fellow, Dept. of Microbiology, University of Massachusetts; Pamela Lipson '93, Founder & CEO, Imagen Inc.; and John Santini CH '99, Founder & President, MicroCHIPS Inc.
  • Northern California - On February 8th, 2004, Bay area young alumni attended "Infinite Possibilities: Careers & Transitions After MIT," featuring John Apostolopoulos '89, Senior Researcher, HP Laboratories; Paula Blizzard '88, Trial Attorney, US Department of Justice; Sonya Lopes '86, Program Manager, Stupski Family Foundation; and Timothy Tuttle '90, Founder, Bang Networks, Inc.
  • New York, NY - On Wednesday, April 28, 2004, the New York Young Alumni Seminar featured Cris Dolan AR '94, CEO and President at WordStream, Robert Guttman AR '98, Technology Strategist at IBM Research, and Chris Danielian '97, Portfolio Manager at Precept Asset Management. The panel discussed career management.
